An extraordinary musical comedy
Although it includes the greatest hits of ABBA, the Swedish superstar group of the 70s and early 80s, Mamma Mia! does not narrate the story of the band itself. Instead, the timeless melodies of Dancing Queen, Money, Money, Money, The Winner Takes It All and other pop classics serve to place emotional emphasis in all the right places of a story guaranteed to make you smile. On a magnificent Greek island, young Sophie is about to get married. For the occasion, she invites three men who could be her father, whose identity she never knew. Her mother, unaware of this, finds her two childhood friends. It becomes an opportunity to relive happy days, get to know each other again, and to party.
